Annexe 4 : Fonctions Métiers
Les fonctions métiers sont un ensemble de capacités mises à la disposition de l'utilisateur. Ils sont utilisés lors de la création de rôles (voir Rôles (administrateur de l'application uniquement)). Chaque rôle possède une ou plusieurs fonctions métier. Pour les données de niveau maître, les verbes utilisés dans les fonctions métiers sont les suivants :
- Liste – Permet à l'utilisateur de voir le tableau avec les données existantes pour cet élément de données maître. Si seule « Liste X » est choisie, l'utilisateur ne peut voir que « X » mais ne peut ni modifier ni ajouter.
- Modifier – Permet à l'utilisateur de mettre à jour ou de modifier l'élément de données maître. Remarque : Incluez toujours « liste » avec « modifier », sinon l'utilisateur ne pourra pas voir l'écran pour modifier les éléments de données. (REMARQUE : Une entité ne peut pas être supprimée. Les utilisateurs peuvent uniquement « Désactiver » les entités.)
- Ajouter – Permet à l'utilisateur d'ajouter un nouvel enregistrement pour l'élément de données maître. Remarque : Incluez toujours « liste » avec « ajouter », sinon l'utilisateur ne pourra pas voir l'écran pour ajouter des éléments de données.
- Gérer : Permet à l'utilisateur d'exécuter toutes les fonctions susmentionnées
La fonction métier ci-dessus peut être fournie aux utilisateurs dans n'importe quelle combinaison. Par exemple :
- L'utilisateur A dispose uniquement d'un accès « Liste », il ne peut donc afficher que les données existantes (« lecture seule »)
- L'utilisateur B dispose uniquement d'un accès « Liste » + « Modifier », il peut donc afficher et modifier les données existantes, mais ne peut pas ajouter de « nouvelles » entités.
- L'utilisateur C dispose d'un accès « Liste » + « Ajouter », ce qui lui permet d'ajouter de nouvelles entités et d'afficher la liste des entités.
- L'utilisateur D dispose d'un accès « Ajouter » + « Modifier » + « Liste » (Gérer) qui permet d'effectuer les 3 actions.
